Meet Allison Elliott, Massage Therapist
Allison is a caring and professional massage therapist. She trained at Minnesota’s renowned CenterPoint Massage and Shiatsu Therapy School. Her studies were in CenterPoint’s premier program, East-West Therapeutic Bodywork. This educational program provides massage therapists the skills, tools, and abilities to help people manage pain, chronic conditions, recover from injury, restore balance & vitality, and provide an increase in overall well-being. Allison is licensed in the city of Maple Grove, MN, for massage.

Allison is trained and experienced in the following massage forms: Therapeutic, Shiatsu, trigger point, Swedish, deep tissue, pregnancy massage, cupping, and auricular therapy (needle-free version).
Massage therapy is a powerful tool for those suffering from chronic pain. Allison’s interest in massage began when her dad, suffering from chronic pain, experienced positive effects from massage therapy. Allison’s first-hand experiences and journey with massage modalities resulted in significant personal benefits with her digestion, immune system, mobility, and decreased anxiety. Her enthusiasm for helping others on their health journey is irresistible!
Allison holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Exercise Science from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. Due to COVID-19 interrupting the 2020 school year, Allison’s graduation from CenterPoint’s East-West Therapeutic Bodywork Associative A.S will be in April of 2021. Allison has a passion and history of working in health care. While attending CenterPoint, she worked as a hospice home health aide.
In Allison’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Will, and their dog, Ike. She loves spending time at her family’s cabin, going hiking, cooking, and reading.
